Convertion of detected alphabets into sentence

Description : It's the extension of the previous American sign language alphabets project. Here, I have added extra code that takes the detected alphabet into the list. Each character in the list will be added to the top of the screen to make it a proper sentence. Some phrases such as "Yes" "No" are also added towards the detection.
